STICKERS ON A ROLL
Our new roll fed printer allows us to produce stickers on rolls, perfect for businesses needing pre-printed labels for packaging or for machine applied production lines like bottling or packaging conveyor belts.
Our roll labels and stickers can be printed up to 200 x 400mm in CMYK onto gloss paper, matt paper, special textured papers (great for wine labels) and matt synthetic, and optional gloss or matt lamination. We can also print labels with a spot colour (red, green, blue, etc), spot metallic foil (Gold, Silver, Red or Blue), spot white or spot varnish on to white or clear material. These spot colours are limited to labels that have at least one side 100mm or less.
GLOSS PAPER
A full gloss white paper with a permanent adhesive, suitable for most applications.
MATT PAPER
As above but with a matt finish.
GLOSS CELLOED PAPER
A white paper with a full gloss overlaminate. Lamination greatly inproves stickers abrasion and tear resistance and improves water proofing.
MATT CELLOED PAPER
As above but with a matt finish.
GLOSS SYNTHETIC
A thin, gloss finished synthetic white poly material, use when tear resistance or moisture proofing is important.
MATT SYNTHETIC

CLEAR VINYL
A clear, gloss finish, self-adhesive material for that special effect. Only available for use with spot colours, metallics and white.
SATIN FINISHED CLEAR
A clear, satin finish, self-adhesive material for that special effect. Only available for use with spot colours, metallics and white.
TEXTURED PAPER
A surface textured stock, great for wine labels, or for a sticker or label to stand out. Finish is a matt, linen type texture.
METALLIC FOIL
This material is a chrome finished silver metallic foil we can print on with either CMYK ink or CMYW. Use this stock to create metallic coloured labels. CMYK colours will render as a metallic finish, with silver showing everwhere there is no ink, by using the CMYW option you can have a white ink printed to create opaque areas behind colours, this will remove the metallic effect, this area is limited to 30% of the total area of the sticker.
FLURO PAPER
A matt finished paper label with super bright, dayglow colours. Available in fluro yellow, orange, green and red. Suitable for printing with black line artwork only.
KRAFT PAPER
A label stock made from kraft paper, gives your products a genuine hand made look. Our kraft paper also has a slight surface texture, check out the specialty stocks category on our website for photos.
